SURPRISE, Ariz. - The Texas Rangers' Fall Instructional League squad dropped a 7-4 decision to the San Diego club on Thursday afternoon. Lone Star Dugout has a detailed report from the game, which featured Tanner Scheppers, Jurickson Profar, and Richard Alvarez, among others.
