A couple of the Rangers with La Guaira of the Venezuelan League performed well on Thursday evening. Lone Star Dugout takes a look at all of the day's winterball action.

Arizona Fall League: Surprise - SEASON OVER

The Rafters finished with a .500 mark, two games behind the division-winning Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League's West Division.

Mexican Pacific League


Guasave reserve catcher Jose Felix grounded into a double play in his only plate appearance, dropping his average down to .125 this winter.

Venezuelan Winter League


La Guaira shortstop and nine-hole hitter Renny Osuna singled twice in four at-bats, raising his average to .353. He also drove home his 17th run of the season.

First baseman Max Ramirez was 0-for-2 with a strikeout.

Southpaw Joseph Ortiz retired the only batter he faced for his sixth hold.

Shortstop Elvis Andrus, who entered the game as a defensive replacement, singled once in two at-bats.

Dominican Winter League


There were no games on Thursday.

Puerto Rican Winter League


After two consecutive strong outings, Adalberto Flores yielded two runs on three hits and two walks in just one inning on Thursday. He struck out one.
