Starting pitcher Joe Wieland struggled a bit, allowing five runs—three earned—on six hits in five innings on Wednesday. He uncharacteristically walked three batters while striking out zero.
Catcher Doug Hogan was 2-for-4 with a two-run homer, his eighth of the season.
First baseman Jared Bolden (1/3, 3B, BB) tripled while centerfielder David Paisano (1/3, 2B) doubled.
Third baseman Matt West singled twice in four at-bats.

Starter Trevor Hurley allowed 10 hits in five innings, but he surrendered just two runs. The Kansas State product walked one and fanned five.
Power hitters Miguel Velazquez (2/4, HR) and Aja Barto (1/5, HR) both hit home runs for the Indians.
Clark Murphy was 1-for-4 with his first triple.
Vin DiFazio (4/5, 2B), Tom Mendonca (1/5, 2B), Zach Zaneski (2/5, 2B) and Danny Lima (3/4, 2B) all doubled.

Starter Randol Rojas threw six shutout innings, giving up five hits. He fanned six without walking a batter. In 40.1 innings, Rojas has 31 strikeouts and just two walks.
Jhonny Gomez (2/3, 2B) and Esdras Abreu (1/3, 2B, BB) both doubled.
Leadoff man Ramon Mota was 1-for-3 with a couple of walks.
