Outfielder Miguel Velazquez is also on the Caguas roster. Velazquez, 20, was the Rangers' 19th round selection in the 2007 MLB Draft. He was suspended for disciplinary reasons after batting .330 in 94 at-bats for the AZL Rangers in '07.
