Feliz has been the system's best pitcher this year

Ever since his first few outings of the season, Clinton starter Neftali Feliz has owned the Midwest League in a big way. That continued on Friday, as Feliz struck out eight in five innings. Lone Star Dugout takes a look at all of the day's minor league action.
