Eric Hurley tossed a complete-game shutout against the Wichita Wranglers on Wednesday while Clinton outfielder David Paisano collected his first two hits in the Rangers organization. Lone Star Dugout takes a look at all of the day's minor league action.

Wednesday night’s game in Omaha was postponed due to rain. The RedHawks and Royals will take part in a doubleheader on Thursday beginning at 5:05 p.m. local time.

Eric Hurley
(1.83 ERA/.202 BAA) pitched arguably his best game as a pro on Wednesday, as he tossed a complete-game shutout. The right-hander out-dueled

, who was last year’s number one overall pick.
In Hurley’s nine innings, he yielded five hits while walking one and fanning eight.
Second baseman
German Duran
(2/4) and DH Salmon Manriquez (1/4) each hit a home run, their second in as many days.
Every starter except

, who was 0-for-3 with a walk, had at least one hit.
